Work closely with client project teams to provide tailored solutions for project requirements. Analyze project requirements and translate them into system solutions. Perform system configuration, unit testing, and writing of functional specification documents. Extend support during the integration test cycles and prepare test scripts. Be actively involved in the timely resolution of defects and issues. Collaborate with and manage the team (including a 3-person offshore team) to ensure effective performance and contribute to key decisions. Provide clear communication regarding work progress to immediate reporting managers.
